​When booking an appointment at Qai Aesthetics, you must accept our Terms & Conditions.

BOOKINGS
When you book a treatment, you’re making a commitment, and I’m making a commitment to be ready for you. I ensure the clinic is prepared, all products and tools are sanitised and ready, to provide the highest level of service and deliver outstanding results.
Once you have made a booking, you will receive a confirmation email with essential pre-treatment information. Please also keep an eye on your inbox and phone for appointment reminders.

No refunds will be provided on any treatments. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. Concerns raised after 48 hours of your treatment, or failure to follow aftercare instructions, will require a full-price appointment to rectify. This does not affect your statutory rights.

CANCELLATIONS AND LATE ARRIVALS
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment with more than 72 hours' notice, your booking fee will be transferred to your next appointment.
​
Failure to provide 72 hours' notice for cancellation will result in a 20% charge of your full treatment cost.
​
If you are over 15 minutes late or fail to attend your appointment without notice, you will be required to pay 20% of your full treatment cost and the appointment will be cancelled. You may rebook, but you will be charged accordingly, and the relevant deposit must be paid.

Failure to pay the 20% cancellation charge will result in cancellation of any future appointments, and you will be unable to rebook.

All services are non-refundable.

PATCH TEST
If you are a new client or having a treatment for the first time at Qai Aesthetics, you MUST book a patch test. Failure to arrange your patch test may result in the loss of your appointment, deposit, and a cancellation fee.
The patch test must be done 24-48 hours before the treatment.

Please note, even if a patch test is negative, there is still a small risk of an allergic reaction. We advise booking your treatment a few days prior to any important events to account for possible reactions.

GDPR
By providing your information to Qai Aesthetics, you consent to its use for the provision of services.
​
You also consent to your aesthetics practitioner contacting your GP regarding your medical history if it may affect the treatment provided.
​
You consent to the use of photographs or videos of yourself for marketing purposes, including social media and the website.
​
All personal information will be stored and handled in compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations).

NO GUESTS POLICY
To ensure client safety, comfort, and satisfaction, all appointments at Qai Aesthetics are one-to-one. No guests are allowed during treatment sessions.
