What is PRP therapy, and how does it work?

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy uses your own blood, which is processed to extract plasma rich in platelets. This plasma is then injected into targeted areas of the skin or scalp to stimulate collagen production, improve skin texture, and promote hair growth.
How many sessions of microneedling do I need to see results?

Typically, noticeable results can be seen after 2-3 sessions of microneedling, but the number of sessions depends on your skin condition and desired outcome. We recommend a course of 4-6 treatments for optimal results.
Is there any downtime after treatments?

Most of our treatments, including anti-wrinkle injections and microneedling, have minimal downtime. You can usually return to your normal activities immediately, although some redness or mild swelling may occur. We’ll provide you with aftercare instructions to ensure the best results.
How often should I have treatments?

The frequency of treatments depends on the type of treatment and your specific needs. For example, anti-wrinkle injections typically last 3-4 months, while skin boosters may last 6-12 months. We will provide personalised recommendations during your consultation.
What are your opening hours?

At Qai Aesthetics, we are open every Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM. Appointments outside these hours may be available upon request. Please contact us for availability.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

At Qai Aesthetics, we kindly ask for a minimum of 72 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients. If you cancel or reschedule with more than 72 hours' notice, your deposit will be transferred to your next appointment. However, cancellations or rescheduling with less than 72 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No-shows or cancellations on the day of the appointment may also incur a 50% charge of the full treatment cost. Thank you for your understanding
